The results are in! In late 2020, ADR Vantage partnered on a unique project to explore the relationship between Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and the practice of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) from the practitioner’s perspective. We’ve recently released a summary of the findings that highlight a growing awareness of the dynamic between supporting the values of DEI and the foundations of ADR. It also offers recommendations for training and additional research. ADR Vantage is proud to support this important study as part of our commitment to the connection of research to core areas of our work.
