Chair Based Strength: builds strength while seated in a chair
Yoga: Starts in the chair, moves to standing behind the chair and back to the chair.
Hybrid Fitness: Come join in for a mix of strength, yoga, Pilates and balance work geared to help you improve your movement quality and overall performance in everyday activities. The goal of this class is to improve ﬂexibility while enhancing your state of mind.
Punch for Parkinson’s: This is a boxing and strength class designed to meet the changing needs of Parkinson’s patients. You will learn how to use defense tactics and martial arts moves as a way to strengthen your body and improve balance and coordination. Punch your way to ﬁtness and fun!

Info for New Participants
New participants are required to complete an intake interview that can be done over the phone. Once this has been completed and their neurologist has given clearance, their information will be sent to the program coordinator who will call them to register them for classes.
